Ahead of the new campaign kicking off on 7th August, our colleagues at IPM Group are looking to recruit both new and experienced staff as we all begin to prepare for a more ‘normal’ looking world, which we hope will include the return of supporters to football stadiums and events here at AESSEAL New York Stadium.
In anticipation of the country successfully navigating the Government’s coronavirus ‘roadmap’ and with it the easing of restrictions such as social distancing and the wearing of masks, our colleagues and Stadium Facilities Management Partners, IPM Group, are recruiting.
The company, who are committed to providing opportunities and offering employment to local people, are looking for applicants from the Rotherham area and beyond to join their events staff.
IPM Group are a well-established security and facilities management company based in South Yorkshire. IPM have entered into a multi-year exclusive partnership with Rotherham United Football Club to provide staff at AESSEAL New York Stadium.

Do you have an SIA Door Supervisor Licence? If not, are you willing to train?
Would you like to work within a football stadium?
IPM are providing staff in many areas of the stadium and are seeking SIA licenced Door Supervisors to work in several roles including corporate hospitality, response teams, and search and ejection teams. Opportunities also exist for you to work within our many contracted entertainment sites throughout South Yorkshire.
Ideally you will already possess experience as a Door Supervisor or Close Protection Operative and hold the relevant licence. However, IPM Group are a registered training provider and are willing to train suitable applicants and assist them to obtain their SIA licence.
All applicants must be of smart appearance, good communicators, and have excellent customer service skills.
Positions can be part time or full time. However, applicants must be able to work on matchdays.

Would you like to work within a football stadium?
IPM are providing staff in many areas of the stadium and are seeking qualified level 2 Safety Stewards and people willing to undergo training to obtain this qualification. Opportunities also exist for you to work within our many other sites throughout South Yorkshire.
Ideally you will already possess experience as a Safety Steward and hold the relevant qualification. However, IPM Group are a registered training provider and are willing to train suitable applicants and assist them to obtain their level NVQ Level 2 qualification.
All applicants must be of smart appearance, good communicators, and have excellent customer service skills.
Positions can be part time or full time. However, applicants must be able to work on matchdays.
