READ | III. Keruleti TVE - Coverage update

14 July 2021

Rotherham United can confirm that due to coronavirus restrictions preventing us having a club media presence at the overseas training camp in Budapest, there will be no live updates from tonight’s pre-season friendly with III. Keruleti TVE.

Paul Warne’s men are set to be put through their paces in the Hungarian heat against local opposition tonight with kick off scheduled for 6pm GMT (7pm local time).

The Millers boss has selected a mixed team for tonight’s test against Hungarian outfit III. Keruleti TVE, with youngsters Jake Cooper and Jacob Gratton included in the starting line-up alongside more senior pros such as Michael Smith and Richard Wood.

The manager indicated prior to the fixture that he will be experimenting with a number of personnel and systems throughout the course of the game, with the majority of the squad expected to get a run out this evening.

The team starting lineup is as follows:

Rotherham XI | Vickers; Harding, Ihiekwe, Wood, Cooper; Miller, Wiles, Lindsay, Sadlier; Gratton, Smith.

We will be aiming to provide a match report from the fixture shortly after the final whistle and reaction to the game tomorrow.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause and appreciate your understanding on the matter.
