The most notable changes include the facility to take credit card payments on each bar in the stadium*, the introduction of new children’s meal deals which can be pre-ordered on the club’s official website** with a choice of time and collection from an outlet on the family stand and new food ranges including Loaded Dog, Pulled Pork Bap and homemade soups and rolls.

In addition to this, new alcoholic mixer cans will be available for purchase which include Gin and Tonic and Vodka and Cola.

Commercial Director Steve Coakley told www.themillers.co.uk:

“We are always looking at ways to improve the match day experience for our supporters and taking on the feedback that we receive is key to us achieving that.

“We have been working closely with the staff at Centerplate to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our fans on a match day and we are hopeful that the new systems and products that will be available going forward will be an improvement on our previous offerings.

“The introduction of credit card terminals on each bar should reduce queues both prior to and during the match but particularly at half time when traffic to the kiosks is typically at its peak.

“On top of that, we are delighted to be able to offer a meal deal aimed at the younger demographic of supporters. Not only do we feel that this will make catering for youngsters more affordable, but we are delighted to be offering a range of products perhaps more suited to their needs.”

*excludes kiosk 6a, 6b, and 7 at present.

**Available from the home game with Shrewsbury Town onwards
