Nat Ford is yet another product of the Rotherham United Academy, signing professional terms alongside teammate Joel Holvey prior to the conclusion of the 2022/23 Sky Bet Championship season.
Ford caught the eye with a string of excellent displays between the sticks for the Academy, including a crucial last-minute penalty save in their Youth Alliance Cup semi-final clash with Mansfield Town in March 2023.
Since then, the Rotherham-born operator has been working closely with Goalkeeping Coach Scott Brown and with the senior ‘keepers at our training base.
Ford is now fully inegrated into the first team fold, having joined the senior ranks for the 2023/24 campaign.
