There's an opportunity to join the Academy setup at Rotherham United!

Location: Academy Training Ground / Stadium

Contract: Fixed Term until 10 May 2025

Reporting to: Academy Manager

Hours: 20 Hours per week.  You will be required to work on weekends covering matches at the academy training ground, and a number of U18 & academy training sessions.

Criminal Record Check: DBS Enhanced with Child’s Barred List

 

We are looking for candidates with an interest in performance analysis to join the academy team.  You will assist the performance analysis department to deliver high quality footage to facilitate player development and you will contribute to the development of players through a video feedback process.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Set up and film matches / training
  • Process & Upload matches to Hudl platforms.
  • Provide tactical and technical feedback to coaches.
  • Provide tactical and technical feedback to coaches.

 

Is this you?

Essential Experience:

  • A good level of football knowledge and Analysis experience.
  • A good understanding of the elite sporting environment.
  • Experience using Sports Code, Keynote, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience filming and video editing processes at a semi-professional club or higher.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good team player – desire to develop others within your team.
  • A strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
