2020/21 Flexi-Season Tickets
Rotherham United Flexi-Season Tickets will go on sale from 10am Friday 4th September and will be available to supporters who held a season ticket for the 2019/20 season.
Flexi-Season Tickets can be bought at the Red and White Shop, over the telephone on 01709 827768 and online at http://tickets.themillers.co.uk
The Club are anticipating a high volume of calls and emails following the launch of sales and would like to politely request your patience when trying to get in touch with us during this time.
Due to the social distancing measures currently put in place at AESSEAL New York Stadium, the easiest and most convenient method of purchasing your Flexi-Season Tickets is online and we would encourage fans to utilise this facility where possible.
We would advise supporters not to travel to the Red and White Shop, but if you choose to do so, we ask that you please observe the social distancing measures set out around the premises. We are permitted to allow three supporters in the Red and White Shop at any one time, so please wait until someone else has left before entering the store to ensure that we continue to adhere to these rules.
Prices for 2020/21 Flexi-Season Tickets are as below:
Adult | £25
Concession | £15
Juvenile: 13-17 |£10
Junior: 0-12 | £5
Concession prices are for over 60s, young adults (18-21), active HM Forces and those on higher rate DLA or equivalent. Proof will be required for all concessions.
Benefits of the Flexi-Season Ticket are:
- Priority to purchase match tickets for the 2020/21 season (subject to capacity numbers)
- Reduction in the pre-match ticket prices*
- 50 priority points added to your account when purchasing the Flexi-Season Ticket
- 10% discount in the Red and White Shop on full priced items
Where possible, we politely request that supporters purchase their Flexi-Season Tickets together - in one transaction – to help the Club determine who fans would like to attend the fixture with.
When supporters purchase Flexi-Season Tickets together, the Club will be able to appropriately set up supporter ‘bubbles’ on our ticketing system – which will then be used for seating arrangements during individual fixtures.
Further information about how the individual matches will be sold will be confirmed at a later date.
The Club are awaiting confirmation on the capacity of supporters that will be allowed to allow into the stadium.
Once we have this information and have collated the total number of Flexi-Season Tickets that we have sold, the Club will then be able to group supporters in their bubble to specific fixtures should it be required.
Supporters who have any credit in their Millers Wallet can use this to purchase their flexi-season tickets.
In the event that a supporter has any credit in their ‘Millers Wallet’ from the 2019/20 season and are wanting to put those funds towards the cost of a 2020/21 Flexi-Season Ticket, they can email email@example.com with the following information:
- Their own name and address
- The names of supporters they would like in their Flexi-Season Ticket ‘bubble’
Once we have received this information, a member of the team will be able to process this for you.
These transactions will be confirmed with an automatically generated email from the system along with an email reply from the Red and White Shop.
