University graduate Ross joined the Millers at the back end of the 2016/17 campaign, initially on an interim basis before becoming full time Head of Player Performance upon the appointment of Paul Warne as the club’s first team manager.
Ross graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Sports Science in 2007 before adding a Strength and Conditioning degree to his CV from Salford University.
He has primarily worked fitness in football and ice hockey primarily and his career has included spells with the likes of Doncaster Rovers, Sheffield Wednesday, Nottingham Forest. Before his arrival with the Millers he was Head of Science and Conditioning at NHL Ice Hockey club Buffalo Sabres in the USA.
