As well as taking part in 16 hours of organised litter picking and collecting over 1,100kgs of waste, the EFL Week of Action back in November also tasked local school children with creating some posters to encourage people to ‘Tidy Up Our Town’.
The competition was open to three school year categories Y1/2, Y3/4 and Y5/6.
For Saturday’s fixture with Stoke City at AESSEAL New York Stadium, we will be joined by winners Ava, Mustafa and Ronnie and our runners-up Mac, Penelope and Harry, who will be with us in the Ben Bennett Family Stand to celebrate their achievements.
The winning designs are set to be featured on the big screen and there are some copies of the designs displayed around the concourse as well.
