Rotherham United are delighted to have concluded a loan deal for Sheffield United youngster Femi Seriki, who makes the switch from Bramall Lane until the end of the 2023/24 season.
The 20-year-old wing-back, who is held in high regard by our near neighbours in S2 and has just finalised paperwork on a new long-term with the Blades, progressed through the Bury academy system before being snapped up by Sheffield United in 2019.
Seriki would make his Premier League debut shortly after agreeing terms at Bramall Lane with loan experience since following with Sheffield United’s Belgian sister club Beerschot, Boston United and Rochdale, the latter of whom he represented 35 times in the league last season.
The young wide player joins the Millers on Deadline Day subject to EFL and FA ratification and arrives with the well-wishes of everyone at the club for his spell in Millers colours.
