Rotherham United Under 18s continued their impressive start to the 2023/24 Youth Alliance League campaign with a resounding 4-0 victory over Huddersfield Town at Graham Solley Sports Development Centre on Saturday.
Ben Hatton opened the scoring in the 14th minute for the Millers and they were two to the good at the break thanks to a strike from Reece Wilson. The youngsters added further gloss to the scoring in the second period, with Hatton finding the net again on 64 mins. It was four 15 minutes before full time through an own goal.
The result – the Millers’ third successive victory – has seen the Under 18s climb to third in the Youth Alliance League standings, sitting just two point adrift of early pacesetters Hartlepool United.
