As part of our ongoing commitment, to ensure that supporters visiting AESSEAL New York Stadium are able to enjoy the optimal matchday experience, Rotherham United and Elior UK are encouraging supporters to send in questions and feedback related to the concourse kiosk retail and bars experience.

The club are aware that a number of supporters would like feedback on some aspects of our matchday catering experience and, working together with our Catering Partners,  we would like to open the floor to fans to raise those queries through our official channels.

In the interest of being transparent on the feedback raised, a number of representatives from both Rotherham United and Elior UK will sit down to discuss and answer the questions sent in to us by supporters, which will be replied to in a comprehensive Q&A-style piece on www.themillers.co.uk in the coming days.

We have always persisted that the feedback we receive from our fans is imperative in ensuring that we are able to produce the best possible matchday experience across the board – and Elior UK are also fully committed to enhancing the experience whether that be in the stands, on the concourses or around the ground – and we will never be too proud to say that with your help there are always ways in which we can improve that experience.
