"That's as good as I've seen us - certainly in an attacking sense - against such a strong team.
"We knew they were going to come back at us and we're disappointed to concede when we did because it changed the air in the stadium, but then we seemed to see out the game. Not comfortably by any margin, but still with enough on the pitch to say that we've got heart, will and certainly the skill we showed in the first half.
"We wanted to be aggressive and we were.
"At times that leaves you open against a good footballing team but the benefit is that it gets us on the front foot, up the pitch and allows us to work set pieces.
"The first half in an attacking sense was as good as I've seen us but when you play against teams of that quality, there is always a sting in the tail and we saw that early in the second half.
"It was a deserved three points.
"I still feel the group isn't quite there in terms of full-length matches and you could probably see and sense that.
"It was Christ Tiehi's first full game and Cafu is getting closer as well. We're moving in the right direction and we've got more options to come from the bench as we get stronger each week."
