Matt Taylor post-Preston North End...

“I felt that we were in the game and had a chance of getting three points out of that game. We put one into the top corner to go ahead and we just needed to stay ahead until half time.

“Cam’s injury meant that we had to reset the team during the break, so that goal going against us at that time was disappointing.

“I’m pleased for Jordan, that’s two home games on the bounce where he has been a real handful and that’s exactly where we need him to be.

“He led the line really well and was a constant platform throughout the match, I’m not sure he’ll have bent many into the top corner throughout his career, but it was a great goal.

“It looks like a hamstring injury for Cam and we’re fearing the worst. I’ve said all along that this is what three games at Championship level can do to us. Unfortunately, we don’t have the bodies in to slot in there.

“We’re hoping that Lee Peltier will be available next week and we may need to see what we can do with Grant Hall.”
