As part of our commitment to providing equality of opportunity and robust anti-discriminatory practice for everyone, Rotherham United are asking Season Ticket holders to help us by filling in our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Survey 2023.
The quick survey is open for all 2023/24 Rotherham United Season Ticket holders who are aged 18 or above, with anyone who opts to complete it given the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win two complimentary tickets in the hospitality lounges for a Millers home fixture!*
The survey is incredibly important to us as it will give us the opportunity to canvass opinion across a range of supporters in order to help us make positive steps towards making the AESSEAL New York Stadium a safe an inclusive environment for everyone.
Here at Rotherham United, we want people from all background to know that they are welcome and we are dedicating tonight’s Sky Bet Championship fixture with Coventry City to reaffirm that very message.
It goes without saying that it is of paramount importance to all of here that we work closely with underrepresented groups in order to fulfil this mission statement. This has seen us canvass fan opinions from the likes of our Rotherham United Disabled Supporters Association and our Proud Millers Group, which launched in 2021 offering a safe space where fans, participants and allies can discuss how we can become a more inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ communities.
In addition to this, we are incredibly proud of our association with #HerGameToo, a group set up by female fans to combat sexism, not just within football, but society as a whole.
We would encourage anyone who hears abuse of any kind in and around the AESSEAL New York Stadium to report it as soon as possible. Ways to do this include via the Kick It Out App or through our own anonymous hotline, where supporters can call or text us on 07507 449121.
