Rotherham United winger Chiedozie Ogbene has been called up to the Republic of Ireland squad for their upcoming UEFA EURO 2024 matches.
Ogbene has been included in Stephen Kenny’s squad for the qualifying fixtures against Latvia and 2018 World Champions France, with both fixtures taking place at Aviva Stadium in Dublin on Wednesday 22nd March and Monday 27th March respectively.
The 25-year-old has been a regular in the Ireland setup since making his debut in a friendly fixture against Hungary in June 2021 and his since gone on to make 13 caps for his country, scoring three teams.
