Rotherham United are incredibly proud to have supported no fewer than 80 charity ventures with the donation of signed merchandise and tickets since the turn of the year.
With the help of our Community Sports Trust, the club is able to get behind so many fantastic causes thanks to individuals in the area getting in touch to tell us about the fantastic work that they are undertaking.
The list of events that the club has been able to support ranges from raffles for NHS charities to fundraisers for grassroots football teams and everything in-between and we are always delighted to hear of the amazing commitment of our fans to raise money for the causes that they are passionate about.
We know that so many of you put in countless hours to raise money for charity throughout the course of a year and we are always keen to help support when the opportunity arises. Of course, we cannot offer our backing to every single request that we receive, but we will always try to find a way to help where we can.
Among the list of local organisations which have benefitted from our support are primary schools including; St. Bede’s, Redscope and Flanderwell, alongside the Rotherham Hospice, the Rotherham Hospice Charity, St. John’s Ambulance and countless charities covering a wide range of worthy causes.
