The business was created in 2021 by its founding partners, Phil Smith and Neil Hoad, both of who have over 30 years experience across Asset Management, Banking, Insurance and Consulting. Phil Smith was the founder of Embark Group, a leading UK retirement savings platform, which he sold to Lloyds Banking Group and was previously a Global Managing Director at Barclays Wealth.
