  1. How do I return my seat?

Season ticket holders will be able to return their seat by emailing the following details through to supporterservices@rotherhamunited.net

Name:

Supporter number (top right of season ticket):

Block, Row and Seat number:

Postcode:

Mobile phone number:

Once received, the club will confirm that they have received your request to cancel your Season Ticket seat for the particular fixture. Once your Season Ticket has been cancelled for the fixture, your card will automatically be blocked.

Please note these details must correspond with those registered on our ticketing system.

  1. How long do I have to release my seat?

All the information will be published on our main website, www.themillers.co.uk which will detail the cut off date for requests to be received. After this date, we cannot guarantee that any request will be granted.

  1. Can I release my Friend’s and Family season tickets to the buy-back scheme?

No. Season Ticket holders will only be able to release their own Season Ticket to the scheme. The only variation on this point is for children under 13. Parents will be able to release their child’s seat at the same time as theirs.

  1. I can now attend the fixture, can I rebook my seat?

If your circumstances have now changed and you can now attend the fixture, you will need to contact the Red and White Shop straight away. If your Season Ticket has not been sold, we will be able to allocate the seat back to you and update your Season Ticket Card.

If your seat has been sold, you will have to purchase a new ticket, subject to availability, at the relevant match ticketing pricing for the area in which the new ticket is purchased.

  1. How can I check to see if my ticket has been sold?

Supporters who have put their Season Ticket up for sale will receive an email after the fixture to say whether their Season Ticket seat for the game in question has been sold or not. Within this email, the amount of credit which will be refunded to the Millers Wallet will be detailed.

  1. When will I receive my credit in my Millers Wallet?

The Millers Wallet will be updated within 10 working days of the fixture. Every effort will be made to ensure that this is completed in a timely manner so that the ticketing credit is ready to use. You will be able to use the ticketing credit on any ticketing product.

Please note, these funds are ONLY available to spend on tickets and not on products in the Red and White Shop.

  1. What will be the value of my ticketing credit?

Each time the club are able to resell a Season Ticket Holder’s seat, the Season Ticket Holder will receive a credit to their Millers Wallet and this will reflect a value equivalent to 75% of the pro rate value of their Season Ticket. The credit will be added into their online ticketing account up to 10 working days after the fixture has been played.

For example, for Sky Bet Championship games, season ticket holders will receive 75% of the value of their season ticket divided by 23 games.

Example

A new adult season ticket holder in the Eric Twigg Pukka Pies West Stand - £460.00/23 games = £20. 75% of £20 is £15 back to the supporters Millers Wallet. If your season ticket is a Half Season Ticket, the same calculation will be made although it will be pro-rate for 11 games.

  1. What if I put my seat up for sale and it is not sold?

If your seat is not sold, you will not receive any ticketing credit.

  1. Is the buy-back scheme available for hospitality Season Ticket holders?

No. The scheme is only available to general admission Season Ticket holders.

  1. Can I upgrade my concession ticket for a home fixture instead of reselling my seat back to the club?

Yes. You can upgrade your Season Ticket by contacting the club as you would for any other fixture.

  1. What if I put my ticket up for sale, it has been re-sold but the date of the game changes?

By putting your Season Ticket up for sale, you are allowing the club to re-sell your seat. Should the fixture change, the supporter who has bought your seat will retain that seat for the rearranged fixture. Should this supporter cancel the ticket then we would look to allocate the seat back to you. If the seat doesn’t become available, you will have to buy another seat at the full match day price for the area in which the new seat is located.

  1. Does this offer apply to Disabled Season Ticket holders, too?

Yes. In the event that a disabled Season Ticket holder puts their seat up for re-sale via the buy-back scheme, their personal assistant’s Season Ticket seat will automatically be released for re-sale at the same time.
