Rotherham United would like to say a huge thank you to our 2022/23 Emirates FA Cup Sleeve Sponsors Events 4 Healthcare, who have donated a number of the shirts worn at Ipswich Town to the Rotherham Hospice.

Thanks to E4H - who once again pledged their commercial support ahead of our trip to Portman Road – Millers fans now have the chance to land themselves a match-worn and signed shirt from the game which took place earlier this month.

The commercial agreement entitles E4H to an allocation of the match-worn shirts from the Emirates FA Cup competition, which they have kindly volunteered to donate to the Rotherham Hospice in a bid to continue to support the £3 million-a-year fundraising total they need to support their running costs.

As if being match-worn wasn’t enough, the shirts in question are the immensely popular white speckled 2022/23 Puma Alternate Change shirts which are no longer available to buy anywhere, after they rapidly sold out in the Red and White Shop following their launch.

After E4H made it clear that they wanted to support a charity close to the hearts of people in the town as part of their sleeve sponsorship, Rotherham United’s Commercial Director Steve Coakley heaped praise on them following an incredibly selfless gesture.

“As a club, we like to work alongside businesses which embody the same values as us and this is another fine example of why we are proud to be in business with E4H,” he explained.

“Karl Hamer, who is a big Rotherham fan from the local area, was quick to insist that E4H used this opportunity to make a charitable gesture and one that I believe will be quite rightly met with a brilliant reception from both our supporters and the staff at the Rotherham Hospice.

"We all know how much the hospice means to people in Rotherham and beyond and I am sure that they will be able to raise a significant amount of money, all of which will contribute towards the monumental tally that they have to raise year-upon-year to continue to provide the amazing service that they do for our community."

Steve Coakley, Rotherham United Commercial Director

"This is not the first time that E4H have made a charitable donation whilst in business with us and it reaffirms just how proud we are to be able to continue to work with Karl and his team there."
