A goal in the first half from Adam Clark and further strikes in the second period from Ben Hatton and Archie Day were not enough to earn a share of the spoils for the Academy.
The Millers are next in action when they travel to North Yorkshire to take on Harrogate Town in the Youth Alliance League.
