Rotherham United would like to apologise to supporters who encountered issues with the iFollow Millers streaming via the club’s website during Saturday’s Sky Bet Championship fixture with Blackpool
Whilst the ability to watch was still available on the mobile application, the issues was unfortunately not resolved before the final whistle.
Our providers at the EFL have advised that they will provide a full refund for those that bough a match pass or a pro-rate refund for season or monthly pass holders on the following conditions:
- A complaint has been lodged
- The EFL can see that the supporter has missed some or all of the match
Supporters wishing to see if they are eligible for a refund have are advised to contact ifollow@efl.com only if they have not already done so.
Following correspondence from the EFL, we have been assured that the technical issue has now been resolved and that they are fully confident of streaming the matches tomorrow evening.
