Rotherham United would like to make supporters aware of the new measures which have been implemented to help the club monitor the use of the car parks at AESSEAL New York Stadium on non-matchdays.
Working alongside RMBC, the club has established a new set of guidelines and rates to ensure a smooth parking experience for all supporters and visitors wishing to use the on-site parking at AESSEAL New York Stadium.
The club will continue to offer supporters guest parking for up to 30 minutes, allowing fans wishing to visit the Red and White Shop and Ticket Office a free parking solution.
Paid parking rates will come into effect after this time with rates as follows:
- Up to 2 hours: £2
- Up to 3 hours: £3
- Day Parking: £5
- 24 Hour Parking: £10
Visitors wishing to park on-site for any of the above durations will be able to pay for their parking via two methods; either at AESSEAL New York Stadium using the newly-installed designated payments machines or by using the RingGo parking app on your mobile phone or tablet.
Parking using designated payment machines
If you choose to pay at the designated payment machines, ensure that your parking ticket is clearly displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle for the duration of your stay.
Parking using the RingGo parking app on your mobile or tablet
To make the parking process even more convenient, we provide the option to pre-pay for your car park space using the RingGo parking app.
This allows you to secure your space in advance and eliminates the need for cash payments or tickets at the parking facility.
If you choose to pre-pay using the RingGo parking app, please follow the instructions provided within the app to ensure your payment is successfully processed. Remember to activate your parking session once you have arrived at AESSEAL New York Stadium.
Where can I park at AESSEAL New York Stadium under the new guidelines?
Supporters paying for parking will NOT be allocated a specific bay in the car parking areas at AESSEAL New York Stadium.
They will be permitted to park in any area of the North Car Park highlighted in WHITE.
Please note that the area highlighted in red and the entirety of the South Car Park are exclusively for permit holders and CANNOT be parked in by supporters under any circumstances - including those who have paid for parking.
How will the new parking guidelines be enforced?
The new guidelines will be enforced by RMBC, who will have regular enforcement officers patrolling the premises at AESSEAL New York Stadium.
Any disputes regarding parking will be handled by RMBC and not Rotherham United Football Club.
Please adhere to the stated time limits based on the rate you have chosen. Overstaying the paid time limit may result in additional charges or penalties.
Please note that the car park spaces are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage supporters/visitors to arrive early to secure their preferred parking spot. Parking enforcement will not take place on matchdays.
