Rotherham United are delighted to have successfully partnered with the Royal British Legion to produce a poppy pin badge for the 2022 season - which will be available through their website soon and in-store at the Red and White Shop soon.
Millers fans will soon be able to show their support for both their team and troops with this Rotherham United Poppy Football Pin with all profits benefitting the work of the Royal British Legion.
The club would like to clarify that the agreements with the Royal British Legion to produce these badges are done on a year-by-year rolling basis, meaning that we had not recently received any communication to get involved.
However, after recognising that this was the case – and following numerous attempts from our dedicated team – we have managed to make contact with the relevant party at RBL and have subsequently been able to sign off production of a pin badge for the current season.
Now that we have enrolled into the yearly agreement, we are confident that we can continue to produce a pin badge for each year and, in turn, successfully continue our support of the RBL and the work that they do.
The pin badges will be available to buy directly through the Royal British Legion website and the Red and White Shop in due course.
