Millers supporters have just three days remaining to place their bids on the Poppy shirts that were worn and issued to Rotherham United’s first team players for Saturday’s Sky Bet Championship hosting of Norwich City at AESSEAL New York Stadium.

With the fixture against the Canaries marking the closest on home soil prior to Remembrance Sunday, the Millers once again showed their support by displaying a poppy, which proudly appeared front and centre on our jersey.

The shirts have since been put up for auction on www.MatchWornShirt.com, with proceeds going to the Royal British Legion.

Every shirt has also been hand-signed by the respective player both on the front and on the reverse.

So far, over $6,000 has been raised, with the shirt worn by Ben Wiles in the fixture currently the most in-demand, whilst goalscorer Ollie Rathbone’s jersey is approaching the $400 mark.

Bidding will close on Saturday 19th November at 3pm.
