Rotherham United can confirm that winger Mickel Miller will join Plymouth Argyle upon the expiration of his contract at AESSEAL New York Stadium.
The 26-year-old joined the Millers from Hamilton in July 2020 and made a total of 39 appearances in Rotherham United colours.
Included in that spell were contributions to two promotions to the Sky Bet Championship and a loan stint with Northampton Town which began in January 2021.
Miller managed four goals for Rotherham United whilst with the club.
