READ | Fans reminded to take care in soaring South Yorkshire temperatures

Rotherham United would like to remind supporters of the importance of staying safe in the soaring South Yorkshire temperatures by keeping hydrated throughout the day and during tonight’s Women’s EURO 2022 clash between France and Iceland.

We are once again looking forward to staging this marquee fixture here at AESSEAL New York Stadium which kicks off at 8pm this evening with tickets still available to buy HERE.

Today’s forecast suggests Rotherham will be gripped by very high temperatures and we would encourage supporters to take care of yourself by staying hydrated, seeking shade in the hottest part of the day, and wearing your hat and sun cream.

Due to the prolonged high temperatures across the UK, fans will be permitted to bring a single clear disposable bottle (up to 500ml) to the remaining group stage matches. Please don’t bring re-usable or metallic bottles as they will be confiscated for safety reasons.
