Rotherham United’s reserves are in Central League Cup action on Tuesday afternoon as they welcome Grimsby Town to the Graham Solley Sports Complex – Sheffield Hallamshire University.
The Millers’ second string will host the Mariners at the Bawtry Road venue for a 1pm kick off with supporters permitted to attend the fixture free of charge.
The reserves have enjoyed mixed fortunes in the Central League Cup so far in 2021/22, having been narrowly beaten by Huddersfield Town before recording victory on the road at Walsall.
Rotherham United are expected to turn out a young side for this fixture, with Paul Warne's first team set for Sky Bet League One action on the same day, as they welcome Morecambe to AESSEAL New York Stadium.
The Millers will welcome the Mariners on Tuesday before their final group game of the competition sees them host Lincoln City on Tuesday 1st March 2022.
