Rotherham United can confirm that young defender Jake Cooper has joined Vanarama National League outfit Altrincham on loan until 1st March, subject to EFL, National League and FA ratification.
The Academy graduate spent the first half of the campaign on loan with Darlington in the Vanarama National League North and will now challenge himself at the level above with the Robins.
As well as Darlo, Cooper has also enjoyed loan spells with Gateshead and Hartlepool United.
The Greater Manchester-based side are currently 18th in the standings and Cooper could be inline to make his debut on Saturday, when his new team host Woking.
