TICKETS | Details v Port Vale (A) - Carabao Cup

Ticket details have been confirmed for the game with Port Vale at Vale Park…

The match at Vale Park on Wednesday 10th August is a 7.45pm kick off and the Millers have been issued an allocation of 1,070 tickets. There is a further allocation available should we sell out of this allocation.

There is unreserved seating in the away end at Vale Park so you can sit where you want on the day.

Supporters will be allocated 10 priority points for purchasing their tickets in advance. You will need to provide each supporters customer number and name and address details at the time of purchase so we can allocate the tickets to the relevant accounts. Supporters purchasing their tickets online will need to use the friends and family function to allocate tickets to other supporters. Points will not be added retrospectively so tickets will need to be purchase under the correct accounts.

Tickets will be sold in the following order:

2pm Tuesday 2nd August

Tickets are on sale to 2022/23 season ticket holders and Millers Mayday Members, strictly 1 ticket per supporter.

9am Thursday 4th August

Tickets go on general sale. Supporters will be able to buy up to a total of 5 tickets per customer number. If supporters have already bought tickets in any other period of sales, they will only be able to purchase additional tickets to the total of 5 tickets. If supporters are buying on behalf of other supporters then we will need their details so that priority points can be added to the correct accounts.

Tickets go OFF sale at the AESSEAL New York Stadium at 4pm on Tuesday 9th August. All ticket sales and returns will need to be completed by this time and there will be no refunds after this time.

If supporters are buying tickets on behalf of other supporters, we will ask the person buying the tickets for the customer number, name and address of all the supporters they are buying on behalf of. Please make sure that you have this information ready at the time of purchase.

The prices for this fixture are:

Adult 22-61: £14.00

Senior 62 and over: £7.00

Under 22: £7.00

Anyone under the age of 14 will need to be accompanied by someone ages 18 or above.

Proof of concessions will need to be shown at the time of purchase and also on the turnstiles on the day of the game. Should anyone not be able to provide the proof of concession at the turnstiles then they will be refused entry with no refund.

There is a designated disabled area for disabled supporters who require accessible facilities. This area is at the opposite end to the away end at Vale Park and these tickets will need to be booked directly through Port Vale by calling 01782 655821. This includes any supporters who require the use of a wheelchair.

If accessible facilities are not required then supporters will be able to buy tickets in the away end from the Red and White Shop.

Accessible parking is available to book for £10 by calling Port Vale direct on 01782 655821.

Supporters who are in receipt of the higher rate DLA or the enhanced PIP can claim a free carer with their ticket which is priced as above.

The easiest and most convenient way to purchase tickets is online at http://tickets.themillers.co.uk, from the Red and White Shop in person or over the phone on 01709 827768. Supporters can link their family and friends up to their account so that all seats can be booked together which will mean we can allocate you seats together subject to availability. All your accounts will also receive the 10 priority points for the ticket purchase.

There will be a £1 per transaction booking fee for tickets purchased over the telephone and there will be a £1 per ticket booking fee for tickets purchased online.

We operate a zero tolerance policy on discrimination of any sort. Any reported acts of disciplinary conduct by clubs’ supporters are also likely to lead to formal disciplinary action by the FA under rule E21.

Discrimination or inappropriate behaviour within the stadium can be reported anonymously by downloading the free “Kick it Out” reporting app from the Google Play store or the Apple App Store. Using the app, you will be able to select the name of the home club and provide as much detail as you can regarding the incident.
