Rotherham United are incredibly proud of the work we continue to do within our community and, as ever, we have once again pledged our support to a number of charitable causes since the start of the 2022/23 campaign.
The football club is regularly contacted by supporters and charities in the local area for help with a variety of different fundraising efforts.
We do, of course, have a number of selected charities we collaborate with due to our connections with them as a club and those supported by the EFL as a whole, but our fantastic Community Sports Trust are always keen to lend a hand to causes in our area.
Among the causes that we have been able to support over the last few weeks and months are:
- The Rotherham Hospice
- The Ruth Strauss Foundation
- Yorkshire and Humberside Asbestos Support
- The Sheffield Children’s Hospital
- Bramley Sunnyside JFC
- The British Heart Foundation
- Bede’s Catholic Primary School
- Rawmarsh St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School
- Prostate Cancer UK
- National Autistic Association
- Dementia UK
- Tourette’s Action
- Brinsworth Football Club
- Bramley Sunnyside Juniors Football Club
- Ashton Court Care Home Raffle
- Fundraising for Bramley Sunnyside U16s
