Make a change in the company of like-minded Millers this summer by enrolling for a 12-week fitness journey this May as part of our Fit Millers programme – all whilst doing so at the club’s home at The New York Stadium!
Is FIT MILLERS for you?
- – Are you aged 35-65?
- – Do have a BMI of 28+?
The Fit Millers programme is the perfect way for fans and other people in the local community to socialise with like-minded individuals, also giving them the chance to get fit and active, making small and manageable adjustments. The main aim for the coaches delivering the sessions is to support those taking part in the programme, ensuring the changes that you are making will be easy to maintain past the 12-week mark.
The first new cohort for males will begin on Thursday 26th May, with weekly sessions taking place at The New York Stadium from 6pm – 7:30pm.
