Ticket information for Rotherham United’s Sky Bet League One fixture with Ipswich Town has been confirmed.
The match at Portman Road on Tuesday 23rd November is a 7.45pm kick off and the Millers have been issued an initial allocation of 447 tickets.
THIS MATCH IS AN ALL TICKET FIXTURE WHICH MEANS THERE WILL BE NO SALES ON THE DAY.
Supporters will need to arrive at a time specified on their tickets and will also have to provide proof of a negative lateral flow test or their vaccination history showing that they have received both doses of the vaccine 14 days before the fixture. Full information can be found HERE.
Supporters will be allocated 10 priority points for purchasing their tickets in advance. You will need to provide each supporters customer number and name and address details at the time of purchase so we can allocate the tickets to the relevant accounts. Supporters purchasing their tickets online will need to use the friends and family function to allocate tickets to other supporters. Points will not be added retrospectively so tickets will need to be purchase under the correct accounts.
Tickets will be sold in the following order:
Wednesday 13th October
Tickets are on sale to 2021/22 season ticket holders strictly 1 ticket per supporter.
9am Friday 15th October
Tickets are on sale to Millers Mayday members who are not season ticket holders, strictly 1 ticket per supporter.
9am Monday 18th October
Tickets go on general sale. Supporters will be able to buy up to a total of 5 tickets per customer number. If supporters have already bought tickets in any other period of sales, they will only be able to purchase additional tickets to the total of 5 tickets.
Tickets will go off sale at 4pm on Monday 22nd November. All ticket sales and returns will need to be completed by this time as there will be no refunds once the tickets are off sale.
If supporters are buying tickets on behalf of other supporters, we will ask the person buying the tickets for the customer number, name and address of all the supporters they are buying on behalf of. Please make sure that you have this information ready at the time of purchase.
Tickets are allocated in the Cobbold Stand Upper Tier and the prices for this fixture are:
Adult 23-64: £27
Senior 65 and over: £20
Under 23: £14
Under 19: £7
Proof of concessions will need to be shown at the time of purchase and also on the turnstiles on the day of the game. Should anyone not be able to provide the proof of concession at the turnstiles then they will be refused entry with no refund.
There are 4 wheelchair and carer seats available priced as below with a free carer.
Adult 23-64: £18.50
Senior 65 and over: £14.50
Under 23: £11.50
Under 19: £4.50
Supporters who are in receipt of the higher rate DLA or the enhanced PIP can claim a free carer with tickets priced as above.
There are some easy access seats in the Cobbold Lower Tier for ambulant disabled supporters. The prices for this area are:
Adult 23-64: £23
Senior 65 and over: £17
Under 23: £13
Under 19: £6
If ambulant disabled supporters sit in the upper tier then they will be required to pay the upper tier prices. There is no lift access to the upper tier and there are no accessible toilets on the upper tier either.
There are 5 disabled car parking spaces available for supporters who have mobility issues. These can be booked be contacting the disabled liaison officer at Ipswich Town by calling 01473 400556.

There will be a £1 per transaction booking fee for tickets purchased over the telephone and there will be a £1 per ticket booking fee for tickets purchased online.
