If you are female, aged 16 and above and live in the areas of Sheffield & Rotherham, Sheffield FA (SHCFA) invites you to ‘Have Your Say, Play Your Way’. To do this, they are asking you to take part in a survey and possibly a conversation with them around what your perfect activity or football session would look like.
With SHCFA's recent announcement of a newly appointed Women’s Recreational Football Officer comes an exciting opportunity to build up the foundations of female recreational football in the area. They are looking to support existing football sessions to help get more people involved, as well as work with the community to create sessions that females want to take part in. The key to making that happen is being able to hear the voices of the community and the females that would be taking part in the sessions. To do this they have created; ‘Have Your Say, Play Your Way’, and over the next month will be working with partners, the community and using social media to spread the word about the consultation that they're doing.
By taking part in the survey you are increasing the likelihood that there will be a session put on near you, that works for you and is essentially ‘your perfect session’. You will also be in with the chance to win £50 worth of vouchers for a store/s of your choice.
