This survey asks a few questions about physical activity and football. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a football fanatic or if you feel like you don’t have time for physical activity at all- we welcome responses from everyone! We are eager to hear from a range of voices in the community including yours!
The data you provide us with may be used to support our Active Through Football bid. If successful, this bid could provide funding to help us to develop ways to engage the communities of Rotherham in physical activities and/or football. Any published responses will be kept anonymous.
