Rotherham United have added a visit to Grimsby Town to their pre-season calendar, ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.
Paul Warne’s side will make the short trip to the Lincolnshire coast to Blundell Park, to face the Vanarama National League outfit on Saturday 24th July 2021 in a 3pm kick off.
The fixture has been designated as a testimonial for long-serving Grimsby goalkeeper James McKeown, with a Rotherham United first team squad set to travel to take on the Mariners.
The football club are still awaiting news of what the landscape may look like in terms of Covid-19 restrictions and will have more information on whether fans will be permitted to attend the fixture in due course.
