Rotherham United are ball number 26 in this afternoon’s Carabao Cup first round draw which takes place on Sky Sports at 3:40pm.
The Round One fixtures will be regionalised with the pots being split into North and South sections, meaning the Millers shouldn’t have too far to travel should they be drawn away from home.
At present, the clubs involved are from the Sky Bet Championship, League One and League Two with the likes of Middlesbrough and Huddersfield Town among the bigger names in Rotherham’s side of the draw.
The first round fixtures are set to take place week commencing 9th August, unless it is mutually agreed by the clubs to bring the tie forward to either the 31st July or 1st August (a week prior to the opening Sky Bet League One round of fixtures).
A total of 35 fixtures will be draw this afternoon.
