We are aware that a number of supporters experienced some issues when trying to purchase items from the concourse kiosks at our recent home friendly with Newcastle United.
Having looked into the issue with our catering partners at Elior UK were are pleased to confirm that we have overcome the technical difficulties of Tuesday night and will therefore be able to facilitate cashless payments at tonight’s game with Middlesbrough.
As part of our continued efforts to control the spread of coronavirus, we are encouraging card payments, but please be assured that the kiosks will continue to accept cash throughout the season.
Of course, whilst we continue to grow our relationship with our partners at Elior Uk, bringing cash as a backup option may be sensible whilst we look to prepare for our first league game next weekend.
