Rotherham United Community Sports Trust are delighted to announce the full list of Holiday Camps that they will be running throughout the summer period.
In addition to their paid Future Stars and Mini Millers camps, they will be running seven FREE camps over the summer period.
RUCST PAID HOLIDAY CAMPS
Option 1: Mini Millers Summer Camp
This is an introduction to football/ early development sessions for boys and girls aged 18months to 4 years. One parent or carer may attend. It will be running weekly on Tuesdays from 27th July -24th August (10:30am – 12 noon).
Each session will take place in the sports hall at Wickersley Sports College and each session will cost £5 per child.

Option 2: Wickersley Future Stars Football Camp
This is a Future Stars football camp for boys and girls aged 5-14. It will be running every day from Monday – Fridays, from the 26th July-27th August (10am-3pm).
Every week, the camp will take place at Wickersley School, and it costs £15 per day or £50 per week. This offer of £50 per week is running until the 30th June, after this the prices will then increase to £60 per week.

FREE HOLIDAY ACTIVITY FUND CAMPS
These free camps are part of the Holiday Activity Fund Programme and are for families who require support with food and activity over the holiday period. These camps below include a free hot meal for the children attending.
Option 1: Disability Multi-Sports Holiday Camp
This multi-sports camp is for young people aged 8-16 with special educational needs and/or disabilities. It will be running every Monday and Tuesday from Monday 26th July- Tuesday 24th August (10am-2pm).
Please note there are two different venues for the two different days. The Monday Camp venue is at Clifton Community School, Cranworth Road Site, S651LN and the Tuesday Camp venue is at Parkgate Astro, Greasbrough Road, Parkgate, S62 6HQ.

Option 2: The Millers Parkgate Astro Holiday Camp
This is a multi-sports camp for boys and girls ages 8-16. It will be running every day from Tuesdays – Fridays, from the 27th July-20th August (9am-4pm).
This camp will take place at Parkgate Astro, 23 Greasbrough Rd, Parkgate, Rotherham S62 6HQ.
Please note that every Tuesday the camp will take place at Rotherham Leisure Complex and the children with have the opportunity to take part in a swimming session.

Option 3: The Millers Maltby Leisure Centre Holiday Camp
This is also a multi-sports camp for boys and girls ages 8-16. It will be running from Tuesdays- Fridays weekly, from the 3rd August-27th August (12pm-4pm).
This camp will take place at Maltby Leisure Centre, High St, Maltby, Rotherham, S66 8JE.
Please note that there will be the option for the children to participate in a swimming session one day per week.

Option 4: BMX Holiday Camp
This is a BMX camp for girls and boys aged 8-16. It will be running on two weeks in August, on the weeks of Monday 2nd-Thursday 5th August and Monday 16th-Thursday 19th August (10am-2pm).
Participants will receive coaching from British Cycling level 3 qualified coaches, and this will take place at Winterhill School & Rotherham BMX facility, Little Common Lane, Kimberworth, Rotherham.

Option 5: Winterhill Football Holiday Camp
This is a football camp for boys and girls aged 8-16. Camp 1 will be running from Tuesday, 27th – Friday, 30th July 2021 (10am – 2pm) and Camp 2 will be running from Monday, 9th – Thursday, 12th August 2021 (10am – 2pm).
This camp will take place at Winterhill School (3G Astro-turf), High Street, Kimberworth, S61 2BD.
Please note, appropriate footwear must be worn- trainers or moulded football boots.

Option 6: Holiday Art Club
This is a Holiday Club for young people who are interested in Arts & Crafts, Painting & Drawing and Poetry & creative writing. It will be running from Mondays to Thursdays from Monday 26th July- Thursday 19th August (11am-3pm).
This camp will take place at St Pauls Church Masbrough, 139 Kimberworth Road, Rotherham, S611AH.

Option 7: Wickersley Future Stars Football Camp
This is a Future Stars football camp for boys and girls aged 5-14. It will be running every day from Monday – Fridays, from the 26th July-27th August (10am-3pm).
Please note that with the Holiday Activity Fund, we only have be 20 free places per day alongside the paid slots at the Wickersley camp. These 20 places will be allocated on a first come first served basis for the free school meals.
This camp will take place at Wickersley School & sports College, Bawtry Rd, Wickersley, Rotherham S66 1JL.
