Rotherham United are incredibly pleased to confirm that Matt Crooks has been voted as our PA Entertainments Man of the Match following his impressive display during the 3-3 draw with Stoke City in the Sky Bet Championship.
Not only did the midfielder drive his team with forward with his typical lung-busting runs through the middle of the park, but he also capped a highly-polished performance with a brace to earn the Millers a share of the spoils.
On another occasion where every member of the team impressed, it was Crooks who received the supporter’s vote, thanks to his display.

His performance was watched by fans both domestically and overseas, with the game shown live on iFollow Millers and he was crowned Man of the Match with a big overall majority of 80.9% of the votes.

This poll is supported by PA Entertainments who have been long-term supporters of the club and were hailed for their recent work which involved them lighting up the stadium in the colours of the NHS and more recently, with the image of a poppy for Armistice Day.
As part of the agreement, the club’s official Twitter account @OfficialRUFC will post an online poll after each Millers fixture allowing supporters to pick out their Man of the Match from the shortlist.
The PA Entertainments Man of the Match will be revealed on a Monday morning following a Saturday fixture or midday on the day after a midweek fixture.
The next opportunity for supporters to pick their Man of the Match will be next Wednesday, when the Millers travel to Riverside Stadium to take on Middlesbrough.
