Rotherham United will be encouraging everyone attending Tuesday night’s Sky Bet League One fixture with Gillingham to join us in a period of applause on the 6th minute of the match, in memory of Arthur Labinjo-Hughes.
Football clubs around the country have united in showing their support for Arthur following the tragic details which have arisen surrounding his murder, at the age of just six-years-old.
Arthur was an avid Birmingham City supporter and here at Rotherham United, we consider football to be one big family.
We will be inviting supporters of both the Millers and the Gills to join in a minute’s applause on the 6th minute of Tuesday night’s fixture, whilst simultaneously showing his photograph on our big screen, as we remember his life, which was so cruelly cut short.
