"I think our performances have great so far this season - in my opinion - we just haven't got the goals.
"Two first half goals today meant that I think we deserved it. We had a goal disallowed as well and a couple disallowed as well.
"I thought our play - particularly first half - was really good.
"We needed those two goals because to go down to 10 men against Donny is a bit of problem. I think their rotations are really good and they caused us more problems than we've had in fairness. It made it difficult for the lads.
"It was just a good team performance to hang in there and not concede.
"I don't think they had an attempt on goal of note in the second half but they obviously had loads of the ball.
"That is testament to the fitness of the group, the togetherness, and putting their bodies on the line.
"To come in having kept a clean sheet with 10 men leaves me really pleased."
