“I thought we deserved the win. Plymouth had a lot of the ball, which we thought they would in fairness, they are a very good possession based team.
“I thought we were the more threatening team, although I’d have liked us to maybe have the ball a little bit more than that.
“Overall, I’m pleased. There were pockets of good play from us and I think we really should’ve got the third goal and then it would have been a more comfortable afternoon.
“It was a good win and there was definitely something to build on. We’ll watch the game back and see where we can improve, but overall I’m pleased that we won.
“After 10 minutes of the game, Sads turned to me and Rich and said ‘is it always this loud here?’ It’s gone from being soulless to feeling like it has a beating heart again with fans.”
