Rotherham United Academy slipped to a narrow defeat away at Youth Alliance League leaders Notts County, in a five-goal thriller in Nottinghamshire.
Jerome Greaves was on target in the 31st minute, with the Millers also benefitting from a own goal from a County player, but they were eventually edged out 3-2 by the Magpies.
The result leaves Richard Hairyes’ side 4th in the Youth Alliance League standings and they are next in action this Saturday, when the host Burton Albion.
