Rotherham United’s Red and White Shop will reopen to customers in line with current Government guidelines from Monday 12th April 2021.
Our Red & White Shop at AESSEAL New York Stadium has been closed to the public since 5th January 2021 as per Government guidance but we are pleased to announce that we will once again be opening our doors on Monday 12th April 2021 with a number of social distancing and other safety measures in place.
Our online ordering service will continue as normal and will allow customers to order items for collection from the next working day or for delivery.
The Red and White Shop’s opening hours will be as follows:
Monday to Friday | 10am-3pm
The shop will also be open on Saturdays as follows:
9am-1pm on non-matchdays and away matchdays
9am-12pm on home matchdays
Following improvements made during the first lockdown, fans will be served by staff from behind Perspex screens at the tills, whilst clear social distancing markings will be displayed on the floor around the shop.
Supporters who have placed orders for collection in recent weeks will be able to collect their orders from the Red and White Shop during the stated opening hours.
Fans who have ordered items online during the lockdown that they would like to return for exchange or refund, will now be able to do so by coming down and visiting us in-person, where our staff can help with your request. Please note that you will need to show proof of purchase for us to facilitate an exchange or refund. Any items that were bought in-person before the latest lockdown may be considered for an exchange or credit note, as per our terms and conditions, and again you will require proof of purchase.
Anyone who has an unused gift voucher or credit note which expired during the lockdown period are urged to call into the shop at their earliest convenience so that these can be honoured. There will be a cut-off date of 31st May 2021 for the expired gift vouchers and/or credit notes to be presented to store.
We are also pleased to announce that there are a good range of reduced items on sale so why not call down and take a look and grab a bargain?

Monday to Friday | 10am – 3pm
Saturday (away matchday or no fixture) | 9am – 1pm
Saturday (home matchday) | 9am – 12pm
