TICKETS | Flexi-Season Tickets - How to buy guide

We have compiled the below 'How To' guide for supporters wishing to purchase 2020/21 Flexi-Season Tickets with the club...

Firstly you will need to visit our new ticketing website which is http://tickets.themillers.co.uk

You won’t need to create a new account on the system as all the details have been imported from the old system. If you haven’t set a new password since the launch in May then you will need to do this.

Once you log in, you will be asked to check that your details which we have on the system are correct.

Once you log in, you will need to check to see if the people you want to buy for are in your friends and family on the system. The friends and family links from the old system will have been imported to the new system. To buy a Flexi-Season Ticket, you will need to go through to the Flexi-Season Ticket page.

Once on this page you will select how many Flexi-Season Tickets you want to buy and add them to the basket.

In the basket, there will be a drop down menu for you to select your friends and family against the Flexi-Season Tickets.

Once you have put the names on each of the Flexi-Season Tickets, you will then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on update basket.

This will update the basket and the price of the Flexi-Season Ticket should change to the price band relevant to that particularly supporter.

At this point, if you believe any of the prices are wrong then please email the Red and White Shop on supporterservices@rotherhamunited.net and a member of the team will get back to you.

If everything is okay at this point then click checkout to continue.

Once you have proceeded to checkout stage, you will be asked which payment method you would like to use.

You will see up to three options which are; to pay by a credit or debit card, pay by a saved credit or debit card or use the funds in your Millers Wallet.

If you are paying by credit or debit card then you will select that option and then enter your details and complete your transaction.

If you are paying by a saved card to our system then you will selected that option, enter the security code off the back of the your card and complete your transaction.

If paying using funds in your Millers Wallet then you will select that option and see the following screen.

Here, you can see all the supporters who have money in their 'wallets'.

You will need to select the 'apply max' option on each supporter and the relevant amount for their Flexi-Season Ticket will be deduced from the corresponding 'wallets.

You will then need to click on apply and then the transaction will complete if there are enough funds in the wallet to cover the transaction.

If you are buying for supporters who don’t have any money in their wallets, then on the top option next to your name, you should not click on the 'apply max' option and instead, enter the value of your Flexi-Season Ticket in the box.

When you click to apply these payments, you will then need one of the credit/debit card options to complete the transaction.
