Rotherham United’s Red and White Shop are delighted to be able to offer a Click and Collect service following its closure from Thursday 4th November in keeping with the newly-released Government guidelines.
The Millers shop staff have made provisions to enable supporters to arrange to order items online and subsequently collect them from the Shop entrance over the coming weeks, whilst its doors remain closed to supporters.
The Click and Collect service will operate largely on the same hours as the club shop had previously and will be available between 10am and 3pm between Monday and Friday, but will however, be unavailable over the weekend.
Supporters wishing to buy merchandise for collection can do so online at shop.themillers.co.uk or over the telephone on 01709 827768.
Fans wishing to take advantage of our Click and Collect service will need to press the newly-installed doorbell which is located to the left of the door and a member of staff will be available to assist.
You will need to have the name of the person who has ordered the items, along with the order number to hand, to allow our staff to locate your order.
This service is solely for collections only, any refunds or exchanges will need to be completed once the Red and White Shop is open again.
Please note: the Click and Collect service will not be available on a Saturday or a Sunday so please bear this in mind when ordering your items.
