Rotherham United are delighted to announce that they will be teaming up with Advanced, who will become the club's new ticketing provider to offer fans the next level in supporter ticketing.
From the beginning of the 2020/21 season, all season tickets and match tickets will be sold through the club’s new ticketing system, available online, on mobile and in store.
Two years ago the club made hospitality products available online, and now, the new system will enhance the customer experience by making the process clear and simple whether buying a single ticket or a group dining experience with your whole family, friends or business associates.
The new system will NOT affect the running of the ticket operation for supporters, which will stay ‘in-house’ and continue to be run by Rotherham United as in previous years. The change will essentially see us move to a new system provider which will result in a new and improved platform/website.
In preparation for a time when the club will be able to sell season and match tickets again, the club are encouraging all supporters to reset their passwords on the new ticketing system to gain access to their accounts, and in these unprecedented times online ticketing is a quick and easy way to avoid the queues.
Activating a new ticketing account is easy - anyone who has purchased tickets with the club before has now had their account transferred to the new system.
All fans will be able to continue using the supporter number which they have used since the club moved to the AESSEAL New York Stadium in 2012. Season ticket holders will be able to find their number to the left of their name on their season card and non-season ticket holders will be able to find their numbers on any match tickets they have bought in the past. The club is in the process of emailing all supporters who have an email address registered on the new system with details on how to reset your password.
If you don’t receive an email from us then you can click HERE to reset your password on our new ticketing website.
Once your password has been reset, supporters are advised to log into their account to make sure that their contact details are up to date, whilst also taking a moment to set their marketing preferences to receive the latest news and offers from the club. After supporters have logged in and updated their details, you will be able to view your purchase history, view your friends and family links along with the number of ticketing priority points you have. A new feature to this website is that supporters will be able to save their payment cards on the website for online purchases but this payment method will also be available to use over the telephone or in person at the Red and White Shop - all you will need to provide is your CVC number.
