Rotherham United can confirm that Joshua Kayode’s loan with Carlisle United has been extended to cover the League Two outfit’s remaining fixtures, should football be able to safely restart.
The initial term of the forward’s stint with the Cumbrians had reached its expiration date, but the two clubs have completed the necessary paperwork to ensure that Kayode is available for Carlisle if the 2019/20 campaign is to resume.
‘JJ’ joined Carlisle in January and has turned out five times for the Brunton Park-club scoring three goals.
