Rotherham United are delighted to confirm Kathleen Wheeler as the winner of our £4,000 Millers Mayday jackpot for the 2019/20 campaign.
The draw, which was made on 2nd May 2020, saw Kathleen's number - 1514 - land the big cash prize with numbers 923 and 205 the runners-up.
Kathleen is a lifelong Millers supporter and is a regular at AESSEAL New York Stadium with her husband, David.
We informed first team boss Paul Warne of the winning numbers and he was more than happy to take time out of his busy day on a rare visit to the club’s training ground at Roundwood to deliver the good news to Kathleen over the phone.
After initially taking some time to get over the shock, Kathleen explained that a recent fall had dampened her spirits somewhat, so we were even more pleased to be able to brighten her day with the news of the £4,000 win.
