Rotherham United’s Red and White Shop will reopen to customers on Tuesday 23rd June 2020, having undergone a series of improvements to ensure the safety of both supporters and staff.
The club shop at AESSEAL New York Stadium will initially reopen with new, reduced hours and will welcome shoppers between 10am and 3pm from Monday to Saturday.
As part of our continued efforts to ensure the containment of the virus, we will be taking card payments only in the Red and White Shop.
We have also installed Perspex screens at the tills, whilst also adding clear social distancing markings on the floor around the shop.
From tomorrow’s opening, supporters who have chosen the ‘collect’ option at the checkout page on our online store will be able to pick up their orders from the Red and White Shop during opening hours.
We politely ask for your continued patience with both online and in-store purchases as our staff continue to become acquainted with the new retail system which was launched recently.
We continue to operate on a reduced staffing basis, meaning that when the shop does reopen its doors to the public we will not have the capacity to be able to take incoming customer phone calls. We are encouraging supporters unable to physically visit the shop to browse our full range of products online here.
We are also aware that a number of our supporters have questions surrounding ticketing and season tickets ahead of the 2020/21 season. Again, we would politely ask you to refrain from visiting the shop in person to raise these queries. At present, the club are still working hard to determine what the ticketing situation may look like ahead of the new campaign and any information that we are able to give to our supporters will be placed on our official website as soon as we have it.
